Lafayette Youth Spring Ball Registration:
Farm League is K, First, and Second with a coach pitching
Minor League baseball is third and forth grade with player & machine pitch
Major League 12U is 5th and 6th will be playing 6 innings of player pitched baseball.
Complete the information below and send your fees via check to the school office to indicate your interest in participating.
Checks and forms can also be mailed to PO Box 900, Franconia, NH 03580 or dropped of to the Town Hall office (attention Katie)

Registration Fees: All checks made payable to "Town of Franconia"
Farm League is $20
Minor & Major League teams are $30 plus a refundable $20 uniform deposit.
Deadline for early registration rate is April 14th.
5/6 Major League ends April 12th. CLOSED
